If Blizzard was like "oh btw Diablo game on phone", I'd download it for a quick look, play it for a few weeks if I like it, then uninstall to make room for something I need Same goes for pretty much everything entertainment, like movies. Review scores mean jack shit, game reviews mean jack shit, ratings mean jack shit, the only people who might be honest are the customers spreading their opinions by word of mouth. Every positive review has to be taken with a grain of salt because it might just be corporate dicksucking. That means that EVERY SINGLE POSITIVE REVIEW, be it from a large company, a blogger or a youtube video, has a good chance of just being one move in a plan to get in with the company that made it. In an age when any nobody blogger can get big enough to get an exclusive gig with a large studio in a relatively short time, every move counts and the best move to get on their good side is to suck their dick. I think in a way, gaming journalism has regressed by at least a decade and now we're back to the point where word of mouth is the best way to see the quality of a game, granted that word of mouth is much faster than it was in the 2000s. They're not degenerates like you say they are.
